For temporary placements, we will agree on an hourly rate for your chosen candidate. At the end of each week, the candidate will submit hours through our online timesheet system for you to approve. Once approved, an invoice will be automatically generated based on the total number of hours worked that week. If you decide to take them on a permanent basis, it’s a simple one off fee.
We will discuss your requirements and align on the type of candidate you are looking for. Once this has been done, we will let you know who we have available and when they can start. 85% of roles are filled within 10 days.
