Looking to grow your accounting career in a supportive and professional team? Our client, based in the heart of Auckland’s CBD, is seeking an Accounts Administrator who enjoys working with numbers, thrives on detail, and can keep the finance function running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Accounts receivable and payable processing

- Daily bank reconciliations and data entry

- Assisting with month-end reporting

- Maintaining accurate financial records

- General office and finance admin support

Requirements & Experience

- 2+ years’ experience in accounts or administration

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- A team player with a can-do attitude
