Project Coordinator – Mt Wellington | $85K

Our client in Mt Wellington is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide critical support across key projects. This role will suit someone highly organised, detail-focused, and confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating project schedules, tasks, and resources

- Tracking project budgets, timelines, and deliverables

- Preparing project documentation and reports

- Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers

- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day admin

Requirements & Experience

- 2+ years’ experience in project coordination or administration

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Project an advantage)

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
